If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase from Odell Beckham Brands (minus the cost of shipping). Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by the following

• Original receipt/packing slip
• All original packaging
• Products purchased as part of a set (the entire set must be returned)

Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment. The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift Cards
• Individual products purchased as part of a set (the entire set must be returned)

Items purchased in Odell Beckham Brands Store, Events or elsewhere must be returned wherever purchased. Items purchased via one of our online partners must also be returned to that store. Please refer to each individual store return policy for details.

ONLINE PURCHASES

Please reach out to us for return label instructions. No orders will be accepted or processed without one. We are unable to process new orders via order return process, if you wish to replace the item, please place another order online and your refund will be processed based on the original form of payment.

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the item for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact our Customer care team and we will be happy to assist you. All emails will receive a response within 48 hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
